How do we operate?

• Initially we undertake a due diligence process when being appointed.
• A vault of copy documents is established.
• We review the Governance process and maintain custodial duties thereafter.
• Establish and develop relationships with the other trustees, their advisers and the employer.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the employer’s business.
• Participate in all trustees meetings and any other decisions made by the trustees.
• Ensure proper records are kept for audit trail purposes.
