Putting an appointment in place

• A Terms of Business document is signed by each of the respective parties.
• A Deed of Appointment should be executed.
• Advisers to the scheme should be notified of the appointment, as well as the relevant authorities.
• Members should be made aware of the change and the impact if any, on MNTs arrangements.
